We will accept returns for our beads for any reason, but please ask any questions before buying. If you are not satisfied contact me within 7 days of receiving the beads and return them insured. We do not accept returns after 7 days of the receipt of your confirmation delivery unless you have emailed me. Any broken beads not insured will be deducted from the refund. We only refund the purchase price, not the shipping. We will refund your money within 30 days. Thank you!
